Pancetta Ravioli

A couple of weeks ago I went over to E’s for a girly night of cooking, trying out my new ravioli cutter and looking at Rightmove. I arrived to a lovely cold bottle of white Rioja and a big board covered with ham, breadsticks and hummus. Once we had munched our way through all of that, it was time to get out her new pasta machine and come up with a recipe.
